Greatly enjoyed this fantastic stay for a further 3 nights. The rooms were updated and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Everyone was affable and excellent. It had very central location close to Placencia Beach.

Booked a room with pleasant views of the beach. Plus the bathroom was nice. The venue was set in the very central position really close to shops, tour operators and restaurants and nearby grocery stores.

The total stay was such great for an initial 4 nights. The rooms were spotless and new-fashioned with nice views of the ocean. Everything here was outstanding.

I booked modern large room with kitchen. The location was amazing right on the main walking path.

Satisfied with the hotel, its a handy base for staying in Placencia. The staff are outstandingly friendly and super friendly, everyone. The location is very central, not far from restaurants, coffee, beaches, grocery stores, tour operations, and shops as well as supermarkets. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Palm Reef Resort.

By and large, it was easy base for sightseeing in Placencia, had much fun. Hotel's staff was super-friendly and amicable all the time.

Bar was missed.

The modern apartments were really lovely and impressively clean and decorated. The location was great, close to bars and restaurants.

There were some issues during my stay. On the second day, there was a problem with the room charge, where the manager charged me twice and it took a while to resolve.

Extremely comfy bed, room was top-class and reasonably large, with climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen TV. The staff was very friendly, highly professional, and responded promptly to requests. The location was absolutely perfect and wonderful next to the the sidewalk that runs through town...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Placencia. the value for money was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the low price I paid for a spacious 2-bedroom apartment right on the beach with an ocean view. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was situated near the sidewalk that runs through town, making it easily accessible to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Additionally, the hotel provided basic amenities and a well-appointed room with a kitchen, which allowed me to have the flexibility to prepare meals when needed. the attention to detail and the convenient location made my stay at this hotel very enjoyable.

There was nothing that could be improved about my stay at this hotel.

had an amazing time in placencia, but staying at brisa oceano resort made it even better. the location was unbeatable and the staff, especially shannae at the front desk, were so helpful. the rooms were new and high quality with a kitchen, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking.

Beach cleanliness .
